Neil is a global real estate executive with experience delivering major urban developments across the Middle East, Australia and The U.K. He aligns strategy with execution to unlock commercial, social, and environmental value, leads high-performing teams and drives innovative, people-focused outcomes that create lasting impact for organisations and the communities they serve.

Neil is currently on a full secondment in a senior advisory role with a major Middle East real estate organisation.

FOUNDING DIRECTOR

Phil is a senior real estate leader with over 30 years’ global experience across 40+ projects in 11 countries. He has delivered complex, city-scale developments in the UK and Middle East.  Phil brings strategic insight, regulatory expertise, deep partnership experience and is a valuable advisor on transformational developments.
