EARLS COURT REDEVELOPMENT, LONDON

Back to All Projects

Earls Court represents one of London’s most significant urban regeneration opportunities, covering a 40-acre site at the heart of West London. Once home to the iconic exhibition centre, the site is now being transformed into a new, mixed-use district that will deliver thousands of new homes, substantial commercial space, cultural venues, and over 12 acres of public parks and open spaces. The ambition is to create a world-class destination that balances residential and economic growth with inclusivity, innovation, and sustainability. At its core, the project seeks to stitch Earls Court back into its surrounding neighbourhoods, creating a thriving place with a strong identity and sense of community, designed to stand as a benchmark for modern, large-scale regeneration in the capital. The complexity of the project is amplified by its scale and by the need to coordinate across two London boroughs and multiple stakeholders, requiring a carefully managed and collaborative approach to governance, planning and delivery.

Our Role Supporting Earls Court Development Company (ECDC)

ECDC is a special purpose development platform that has been established by its shareholders, to deliver maximum economic value from the regeneration of Earls Court. Haptic RE is working with ECDC as the project moves from masterplanning into delivery. We are supporting the capital raise programme and shaping the platform structure, governance, and commercial frameworks required to deliver at scale. Our work ensures the business has a disciplined, precise, and consolidated operational model ready for the delivery phase. This includes structuring the role of master development, enabling strategies for plot delivery, and establishing the systems and processes to manage a complex, multi-phase regeneration programme. In parallel, we are positioning ECDC for wider business growth beyond Earls Court, ensuring the platform has the capabilities and credibility to expand into new opportunities. In doing so, we are helping ECDC transition from vision to implementation while keeping delivery aligned with the long-term aspirations for Earls Court.
